It was a great blessing to have Katrinia helping us with our home search. We were about to give up but she never did. Always had a wonderful smile that made everything ok. After several homes we looked at we finally found THE ONE. She was there every step of the way and when we thought we had to terminate the sgreement and we were so sad she worked behind the scenes and got us our Home. Katrina Phillips was so patient and understanding. It was our first time buying a home out of state and she took a very thorough walkthrough video of the home. She also negotiated the price down for us. We worked with 2 previous realtors who would NOT negotiate for us. She explained all the terms for us and didn't rush us into a decision.
